for a subtle, everyday shimmer, dip your brush or finger into the Highlighter pan, tap off any excess and lightly dust the powder across the high points of your face (top of your cheekbones, the center of your forehead, your cupid's bow and along the bridge of your nose.)

dramatic glow:

For a more intense highlight, use a tightly packed brush or applicator and dab the powder in the areas you'd like to dramatize. Blend well after dabbing.
